Quick and easy – and always enjoyable.

  • A bowl of your favorite Kellogg's® cereal (or create your own custom mix by combining two or more of your favorites) with low-fat milk
  • A glass of low-fat or fat-free milk and
  • A banana

It takes just a few minutes to put together this colorful and tasty breakfast.

  • Any fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), and
